About me
This page tells my story. It’s not better than anyone else’s nor it is special in any way, but it is mine and I wanted to tell about it.
My story
I was born in 1988 in León in Spain. My early years can be seen from many different angles: NES & SNES kid, suffered 56 Kbps dial-up Internet, used computers for the first time with Windows 98, knows that the “Save” button was drawn after a floppy disk, enjoyed music in cassette tapes, enjoyed movies in VHS, victim of the 2007-2008 financial crysis, and many more.

My hobbies
- Videogames. Have always played, I was a Nintendo kid. One of my favourite games during childhood was Terranigma. I no longer play any PVP game at all. I enjoyed Ark: Survival Evolved’s mix of sandbox, dinosaurs and science-fiction. I used too much time playing Factorio and will keep playing it most likely.
- Cycling. I have a mountain bike and a road bike that I use often and every day like doing it a bit more. I feel a bit awkward on the super-tight cycling pants, but I love to ride the wind and climb hills.
- Reading books. I am resuming my reading hobby, slowly increasing the time I spend doing it over time. When I was a teenager I used to read a lot of fantasy books, such as The Lord of the Rings and the Dragonlance series. Now I read stuff such as 2001: A Space Odyssey and The Dragon’s egg.
- Music. Almost everything, for instance: metal (Manowar, Neue Deutsche Härte), dark stuff (Deine Lakaien), folk, cumbia… And anything in between. I find fusion genres (Electro swing, Synthwave, Psychobilly, Folk-metal) absolutely amazing.
- Anime. I watched Akira too early as a kid, and it really impressed me. I still feel a little impressed when every time I rewatch that movie. My favourite animes ever are Kara no Kyōkai and the 2007 remake of Toward the Terra, both of which still touch me deep today.
- Movies. Best movie ever is Interstellar. I can’t stand bad movies, and that includes roughly 80% of movies filmed these days. Number taken straight from my ass. I’m a big fan of the gloomy, intrigant, pessimistic science fiction and action movies of the 80s and 90s.
- Bingewatching. I like documentaries and many informational-entertaining american TV shows about animals, engineering, and more. Some examples could be My cat from hell and Extreme Engineering.
- Photography. I liked it more in the past than now. I used to do a lot of portraits and fashion photography for my wife. On my own, I enjoyed landscapes and urban photography.
- Handcrafts & DIY. I used to do small things together with my wife. Nowadays I spend almost no time on this.
- Digital art. I used to spend plenty of time producing fractals and other types of digital images with programs such as Terragen. I would like to get back to my fractals.
My personality & weirdnesses
I’m an introvert. Sometimes INTJ, sometimes ISTP. I’m analytic but primarily hands on. I’m eager to jump into things, maybe some times without thinking enough.
I’m open minded and tolerant. I’m a xenophile, I LOVE whoever and whatever is diferent. I have a strong sense of justice and can’t stand unfairness. Irrational fanatism and classism make me angry. Capitalism too.
Feeling brave, coming out: I’m neurodivergent - self-diagnosed AuDHD (ASD + ADHD). An autist with attention deficit, aphantasia, tinnitus, and possibly mild APD. I’m happy with all of that and I’m highly functional. Happy also to talk about it.
